Our story begins 20 to 30 years ago. As three Spanish brothers born in Belgium, we have always felt a strong connection to Spain and its rich culinary traditions. Every summer, we would drive to Spain, stock up on Spanish delicacies, and bring them back to Belgium to "survive" the coming year.
