Salchichón Extra Acorn-Fed Iberian Campaign Quality
A traditional cured sausage made from select cuts of acorn-fed Iberian pork, seasoned with fine spices and aged for depth of flavor.

WEIGHT: Each piece weighs between 1 and 1.2 kg.
INGREDIENTS: Meat and fat from acorn-fed Iberian pork, salt, lactose, sugar, milk and soy proteins, dextrin, stabilisers (E-450i, E-450ii), antioxidant (E-300), preservative (E-252), black and white pepper, nutmeg, fino wine, and garlic.
ALLERGENS: Contains lactose, soy, and sulphites. Gluten-free.
