Txuletón beef pâté (130 g)

Beef pâté from Etxenike, made with 53% txuletón trimmings in a 130 g tin. Txuletón is the Basque name for a thick, bone-in beef steak. Etxenike blends the trimmings with beef liver, cream, egg, brandy and Espelette pepper into a spreadable pâté.

Etxenike makes it by hand in Espinal, in Navarra in northern Spain.

Spread it on toast or fresh bread, or serve it as a tapa or with an aperitif. Unopened, the tin keeps at room temperature, so it is easy to keep in the cupboard.
