Snow crab meat al natural, in brine (120 g)

Snow crab meat from La Mar de Tazones, al natural in brine, in a 120 g tin (95 g drained). The tin holds legs and meat of snow crab (Chionoecetes opilio), packed with only water and salt, without preservatives or additives. Snow crab meat is sweet and delicate.

The crab comes from the cold waters of the North Atlantic and the Arctic Ocean and is made into conserva in Gijón, Asturias, by La Mar de Tazones, the gourmet line of the shellfish company Cetárea Tazones.

Serve it cold straight from the tin, in salads or on toast, or use it in fillings, rice dishes and croquettes.
