Smoked razor clams in olive oil (110 g)

Smoked razor clams from La Mar de Tazones, in olive oil, in a 110 g tin. The razor clams are smoked with natural smoke and packed in olive oil with just a little salt. The smoke gives them a gentle smoky flavour that works with the richness of the oil.

La Mar de Tazones is the gourmet preserves line of Cetárea Tazones in Asturias.

Serve them straight from the tin as a tapa or with an aperitif, on crackers or toast, with a drizzle of their oil. Unopened, the tin keeps at room temperature.
