Sea urchin pâté (100 g)

Sea urchin pâté from Agromar, made with 50% sea urchin roe and hake, in a 100 g tin. The roe of the sea urchin (Paracentrotus lividus) is blended with hake, butter and egg into a smooth spread with the distinctive taste of sea urchin.

Agromar, based in Gijón, Asturias, since 1926, launched its range of fish and seafood pâtés in the early 1990s.

Spread it on toast or crackers, as a tapa or with an aperitif. Unopened, the tin keeps at room temperature.

Ingredients: sea urchin (Paracentrotus lividus) roe (50%), hake, butter, milk protein, egg powder, salt.
Allergens: contains fish, milk and egg.
