Ibérico pork pâté (130 g)

Ibérico pork pâté from Etxenike, made with 60% Ibérico pork – back fat, liver and ham – in a 130 g tin. The pork is blended with cream, egg and spices into a spreadable pâté.

Etxenike makes it by hand in Espinal, in Navarra in northern Spain.

Spread it on toast or fresh bread, or serve it as a tapa or with an aperitif. Unopened, the tin keeps at room temperature, so it is easy to keep in the cupboard.

Ingredients: Ibérico pork 60% (back fat, liver and ham), cream (milk), egg, salt, sugar, spices, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
