Scorpionfish pâté (100 g)

Paté de cabracho from Agromar: a spread of red scorpionfish (30%) and hake with olive oil and tomato, in a 100 g tin. Cabracho, the red scorpionfish, is a classic of Asturian cooking. This pâté is made with olive oil and without preservatives.

Agromar has been making conservas in Gijón, Asturias, since 1926.

Spread it on toast or crackers, or serve it with a little mayonnaise as a starter.

Ingredients: scorpionfish (30%), hake, olive oil, concentrated tomato, egg powder, onion sofrito, milk protein, wine, salt, vinegar, spices.
Allergens: contains fish, egg, milk and sulphites.
Net weight: 100 g
Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
