Pitted Manzanilla green olives from Losada, naturally fermented in brine, in a 345 g glass jar. Manzanilla olives have delicate flesh and a thin skin; these are pitted, so they are ready to serve.

Aceitunas Losada is a family company founded in 1961 in Carmona, near Seville, and now run by the second generation. Its olives are cured by natural fermentation in brine rather than with caustic soda.

Serve them as a tapa or with an aperitif, in salads or with cured ham and cheese.
