100% Ibérico acorn-fed shoulder ham (paleta), sliced (100 g)

Paleta de bellota 100% ibérica from La Hoja del Carrasco: cured shoulder (front leg) of purebred Ibérico pigs fed on acorns, in thin slices, in a 100 g pack. The paleta is smaller than the ham and has an intense flavour; it is cured with only salt, preservatives and an antioxidant.

La Hoja del Carrasco has been curing Ibérico products in Guijuelo, Salamanca, since 1896, using natural drying rooms.

Take the pack out of the fridge a little before serving and separate the slices, then serve them at room temperature, on their own or on bread.

Ingredients: 100% Ibérico acorn-fed shoulder, salt, preservatives (E-250, E-252), antioxidant (E-316).
Allergens: none declared by the producer, who states it is lactose-free and gluten-free.
