100% Ibérico acorn-fed ham, whole leg (6–7 kg)

Jamón de bellota 100% ibérico from La Hoja del Carrasco: a whole ham leg from purebred Ibérico pigs fed on acorns. The ham is salted and cured for 36 months with only salt, preservatives and an antioxidant. It comes in a cloth cover and net, and is available with or without a ham holder.

La Hoja del Carrasco has been curing Ibérico products in Guijuelo, Salamanca, since 1896, using natural drying rooms.

Carve it by hand into thin slices and serve them at room temperature, on their own or with bread.
