Salchichón Extra Ibérico de Bellota from La Hoja del Carrasco, sliced, in a 100 g pack. It is made from the meat and fat of acorn-fed Ibérico pigs and seasoned with black and white pepper, nutmeg, garlic and fino wine.
La Hoja del Carrasco has been curing Ibérico products in Guijuelo, Salamanca, since 1896, using natural drying rooms.
Take the pack out of the fridge a little before serving and separate the slices, then serve them at room temperature, on their own or with bread, as a tapa or with an aperitif.
Ingredients: meat and fat from acorn-fed Ibérico pork, salt, lactose, sugar, milk and soy proteins, dextrin, stabilisers (E-450i, E-450ii), antioxidant (E-300), preservative (E-252), black and white pepper, nutmeg, fino wine, garlic.
Allergens: contains milk, soy and sulphites. The producer states it is gluten-free.

Storage: keep refrigerated (0 to 7 °C). Once opened, eat as soon as possible.
