Fish and shellfish stock for paella (480 g)

Fish and shellfish stock for paella from Itsasoko, in a 480 g bottle. It is the base a rice dish is built on, cooked from fish and shellfish rather than from a cube.

Itsasoko works in Irún, Gipuzkoa, making preserves from fish and shellfish since 1997, without colourings or preservatives.

Use it in place of water when you start the rice, so the grain takes up the flavour as it cooks.

Ingredients: fish and shellfish stock (water, rockfish (8%) (fish), white wine, lobster (1%) (crustacean), langoustine (1%) (crustacean) and salt), onion, carrot, water, fried tomato (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar and salt), breadcrumbs (gluten), leek, rice and olive oil.
Allergens: contains fish, crustaceans and gluten. May contain traces of molluscs, milk and egg.

Storage: in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
