Cream of lobster and langoustine (480 g)

Cream of lobster and langoustine from Itsasoko, in a 480 g bottle. The strong flavour of lobster meets the finer one of langoustine, cooked down into a smooth soup.

Itsasoko works in Irún, Gipuzkoa, making preserves from fish and shellfish since 1997, without colourings or preservatives.

Heat it through in a pan. It stands on its own as a first course.

Ingredients: rockfish stock (water, rockfish) (fish), lobster 4% (crustacean), langoustine 4% (crustacean), onion, carrot, white wine, leek, bread (gluten), fried tomato (tomato, extra virgin olive oil, sugar and salt), rice, olive oil and salt.

Storage: in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
