Chef Arbequina extra virgin olive oil (5 L)

Chef extra virgin olive oil from Pago de Valdecuevas: 100% Arbequina, in a 5 litre bottle. It is the house's kitchen format, with an acidity of 0.2%, for cooks who go through good oil in volume.

Pago de Valdecuevas grows its own olives on an estate in Medina de Rioseco, Valladolid. The olives are pressed in the mill on the estate itself, shortly after harvest.

Use it for cooking as well as raw: for frying and roasting, in dressings, over vegetables or fish.
