Caviar de oricios from Agromar: sea urchin roe (Paracentrotus lividus) with only salt, in a 68 g tin. The sea urchins are gathered on the cliffs, rocky shores and seabed of the Cantabrian coast. The roe is extracted by hand and packed just as it is found in the shell, as a limited production.
Sea urchin caviar is Agromar's emblem of quality. Agromar has been making conservas in Gijón, Asturias, since 1926.
Serve it cold on a spoon, on toast or blinis, or stir it into scrambled eggs, pasta or rice just before serving.
Ingredients: sea urchin roe (Paracentrotus lividus), salt.
