Cardoon is one of the most traditional vegetables of Navarra, and at Victofer we continue to prepare it just as it has always been done by hand, artisanally, and using only water and salt in the preserving process. Our goal is to offer you a truly natural preserved vegetable, with no additives, so you can prepare it however you like perhaps with almonds or a sauté of garlic, pork belly, and a touch of flour. You bring the recipe; we provide the extra-quality natural cardoon with authentic flavor.
