Cantabrian anchovies (L)

Cantabrian anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) are, without a doubt, the highest-quality anchovies, recognized worldwide. The Cantabrian anchovies are only caught during the spring fishing season, when they arrive with a lower fat content and juicier fillets.
This product includes 7–9 large fillets, which are carefully selected anchovies and matured over long periods. Finally, they are covered with extra virgin olive oil. Their preparation is completely artisanal.
