Cabrales cheese pâté (100 g)

Paté de Cabrales from Arbeyal: a traditional-style spread of Cabrales blue cheese (30%) and pork, in a 100 g tin. Cabrales is the strong blue cheese of Asturias; here it is blended with pork and butter into a smooth, intense pâté.

Arbeyal is the brand Agromar launched in 1998 for traditional dishes and pâtés with an Asturian touch; Agromar has been making conservas in Gijón since 1926.

Spread it on toast or crackers, or serve it with walnuts, apple and a glass of cider.

Ingredients: Cabrales cheese (milk) (30%), pork, butter (milk), milk protein, egg powder, gelatine, salt.
Allergens: contains milk and egg.

Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
