Cantabrian anchovies in olive oil, 10–12 fillets (85 g)

Cantabrian anchovies from Agromar in olive oil: extra large size "00", 10 to 12 fillets in an 85 g tin (55 g drained). Agromar uses only anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) from the spring season in the Cantabrian Sea. For this limited production it selects the largest fillets, matures them for a long time and prepares them entirely by hand.

Agromar has been making conservas in Gijón, Asturias, since 1926.

Serve them on bread with tomato, with roasted peppers, or as a tapa with a drizzle of their oil.

Ingredients: anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus, fish), olive oil, salt.
