The Cantabrian 00 (Engraulis encrasicolus) anchovy is, without a doubt, the highest quality anchovy, recognized worldwide. At Agromar,  only Cantabrian anchovies from the spring fishing season are used when they are at their optimal flavor for all our product ranges.
In the Agromar Limited Production, there only is included selected extra large-sized anchovies due to their greater scarcity and value, as well as their superior presentation. Their preparation is entirely artisanal, and the size of the anchovy fillets corresponds to the double zero category.

Anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus), olive oil, and salt.
