An empty spider crab shell from La Mar de Tazones, medium size, 9 to 13 cm across, for serving and presentation. It is a real spider crab shell (centollo), cleaned and hygienised, with its natural red, spiky rim.
Fill it with spider crab meat or a crab filling, use it for appetisers, or simply as decoration. It pairs well with La Mar de Tazones spider crab meat.
La Mar de Tazones is the gourmet line of Cetárea Tazones, a shellfish company based at the port of El Musel in Gijón, Asturias.
