Spider crab meat with coral, al natural (120 g)

Spider crab meat from La Mar de Tazones: a mix of meat from the body and legs with the coral of spider crab (Maja squinado), al natural in water and salt, in a 120 g tin (95 g drained). It uses male and female crabs, so the tin combines the rich roe of the females with the meat of the body and the delicate leg meat, for a full, intense flavour. The box states no preservatives or additives.

La Mar de Tazones is the gourmet line of Cetárea Tazones, a shellfish company based at the port of El Musel in Gijón, Asturias.

Spread it on toast, or use it in fillings, rice dishes, creams, croquettes and dumplings.
