Ibérico acorn-fed sobrasada, whole piece (1–1.2 kg)

Sobrasada Ibérica de Bellota from La Hoja del Carrasco: a whole piece of 1 to 1.2 kg, made from the meat and fat of acorn-fed Ibérico pigs. Sobrasada is a soft, spreadable cured sausage; this one is seasoned with paprika, spices and salt and tied with string.

La Hoja del Carrasco has been curing Ibérico products in Guijuelo, Salamanca, since 1896, using natural drying rooms.

Spread it on bread or toast and serve it at room temperature, as a tapa or with an aperitif.

Ingredients: meat and fat from acorn-fed Ibérico pork, lactose, spices, sugar, antioxidant (E-316), flavour enhancer (E-621), preservative (E-252), paprika, salt.
Allergens: contains milk (lactose). The producer states it is gluten-free.
