100% Ibérico acorn-fed ham, hand-carved (100 g)

Jamón de bellota 100% ibérico from La Hoja del Carrasco: ham from purebred Ibérico pigs fed on acorns, carved by hand into thin slices, in a 100 g pack. The ham is salted and cured with only salt, preservatives and an antioxidant, and the pack is marked "cortado a cuchillo" (knife-carved).

La Hoja del Carrasco has been curing Ibérico products in Guijuelo, Salamanca, since 1896, using natural drying rooms.

Take the pack out of the fridge a little before serving and separate the slices, then serve them at room temperature, on their own or on toasted bread with tomato.

Ingredients: 100% Ibérico acorn-fed ham, salt, preservatives (E-250, E-252), antioxidant (E-316).
Allergens: none declared by the producer, who states it is lactose-free and gluten-free.

Storage: keep refrigerated (0 to 7 °C). Once opened, eat as soon as possible.
