Arbequina extra virgin olive oil (500 ml)

Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Pago de Valdecuevas, in a 500 ml bottle. It has an intense aroma of green leaves and fig with hints of apple; in the mouth it is broad and complex, with a light, fine bitterness and a peppery finish. The oil is bottled only to order to keep it at its best.

Pago de Valdecuevas grows its own olives on an estate in Medina de Rioseco, Valladolid, and presses them in its own mill on the estate, so the olives are processed shortly after harvest.

Use it raw: for dressings, on bread, over vegetables or fish, and in desserts with fruit or chocolate.
