How to make a crunchy spider crab toast!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Onion or small leek
  • 4 corn tostadas
  • Mayonaise
  • Sriracha sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 can of Premium Centollo Spider crab meat
  • Optional: Black and white sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

crispy Onion/Leek Garnish:

  • Begin by cutting your onion or leek into small, elegant strips.
  • Fry these strips in a pan until they achieve a delightful golden crispiness. Set aside for later use.

Spicy Sriracha Mayo:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine a small cup of mayo with a tablespoon of sriracha sauce. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness.

Avocado:

  • Carefully cut the avocado into thin slices, for decoration on top of the toast.

Centollo Crab:

  • Open the can of ‘Centollo’ Spider crab meat, ensuring to remove any excess liquid.
  • Place the delicate crab meat in a bowl and season it with two tablespoons of soy sauce and a teaspoon of sesame oil. Gently toss to coat the crab meat in this flavorful blend.

Assembly:

  • Assemble by adding dots of the spicy Sriracha mayo onto your golden corn toast.
  • Carefully place the seasoned Centollo Crab meat on top of the toast and add the slices of avocado.
  • Complete the composition by scattering the crispy fried onion or leek over the top.
  • Optional: add a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds.
